📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location in Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


🐾 Product Questions

Are your products safe for all pets?

Yes. All of our products are made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials. The Paw Clean uses soft bristles gentle enough for sensitive paws, the Grooming Brush is designed for all coat types, and the Hydration Station is made from food-grade, BPA-free plastic. If your pet has a specific medical condition, we always recommend consulting your vet.

What size pets are these products suitable for?

Our grooming and cleaning products are designed for small to large dogs and cats. The Paw Clean works best for dogs up to large breeds. If you're unsure whether a product fits your pet, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How do I clean the products?

Most of our products can be rinsed with warm water and mild soap. The Paw Clean and Hydration Station are both easy to disassemble and rinse clean. Avoid submerging any electric components in water.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at vinit4054@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.


💳 Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we're unable to make changes.

I used a discount code but it didn't apply. Help!

Make sure the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive). If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll apply the discount manually or issue store credit.
